Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

A referral is not required to book an appointment. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurer.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough assessment, discussion of your concerns and goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may begin on the same visit, depending on your condition.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your health card, insurance information (if applicable), and any relevant medical reports or imaging. Comfortable clothing that allows movement is recommended.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to many extended health insurance providers when available. Coverage varies by plan, and patients are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance.

How long are appointments?

Initial appointments are typically 45 minutes, allowing time for a thorough assessment and discussion of your concerns. Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes, depending on the service provided and your individual treatment plan.

Should I book physiotherapy or chiropractic care?

Many patients aren’t sure which service is best for them — and that’s completely okay. Both physiotherapy and chiropractic care can be effective for pain, injury, and movement concerns, but the best option depends on your specific needs. If you’re unsure, our team can help guide you to the most appropriate appointment or coordinate care between providers when beneficial

Is there parking?
