Insurance, Billing & Claims — What’s Covered

We offer direct billing and claims support for most major extended health insurance plans, as well as government and injury-related programs. Coverage varies by individual plan, and our administrative team is happy to help guide you through the process whenever possible.

We are able to direct bill to many major insurance providers through TELUS Health eClaims, including but not limited to:

• Sun Life Financial
• Manulife
• Canada Life
• Green Shield Canada
• Blue Cross / Medavie Blue Cross
• Desjardins Insurance
• ClaimSecure
• SSQ Insurance
• Equitable Life
• Industrial Alliance (iA Financial Group)

If your insurer participates in TELUS Health eClaims, we can often submit claims directly on your behalf. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your individual plan.

We provide care and billing support for eligible patients covered under the following programs:

• Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)
• Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) — for eligible refugees and protected persons

Coverage under these programs is subject to approval and eligibility requirements.

We treat and assist with claims related to the following injury programs:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
• WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board)
